An excellent course for anyone grappling with the implications of AI in the context of HR and People Operations, filled with lots of practical tips (from prompt creation and custom GPTs through to guardrails and guidance about AI safety and due dilligence). Great introduction to the concept of 'People As a Product Function' and how AI can help embed the key principles of that. Matt is a great course leader with encyclopaedic knowledge, who is very generous with his tips and tricks. Highly recommended - my only wish is it could have been longer.

Questions, answered
- Who is the cohort for?
- People and HR operators in scaling companies: Heads of People, People Ops leads, HRBPs, and People team generalists who own processes and want to rebuild them with AI. No technical background needed.
- How much time does it take each week?
- One live session a week plus build time on your own processes, roughly three to four hours in total. The build time is the course: everything you make runs on real work, so the hours come back.
- What tools do we use?
- The current generation of AI tools for operators: skills files, project workspaces, connectors and plugins, agents, and small tools you build yourself. If your company has approved tools, we build inside them.
- What if I miss a session?
- Every session is recorded and you keep the materials. The build work carries across weeks, so you can catch up without losing the thread.
- What is the difference between founding and standard seats?
- Both seats include the five-week programme in either time zone. Founding (£495) also includes four 1:1s with Matt, guided feedback throughout and community for life, with the hub and chat space. Standard (£695) includes six months of community access and the hub, without the 1:1s or guided feedback. Choose UK/EMEA (from Thursday 15 October) or Americas (from Monday 12 October).
- When does it start, and how many seats are there?
- UK/EMEA starts Thursday 15 October at 2pm UK. Americas starts Monday 12 October at 9am Pacific. Each cohort meets live for 75 minutes a week over five weeks. Twenty seats, because the build work is reviewed by hand.
